Davriel Cane
Davriel Cane is a finely dressed collector of ancient and rare objects. He presents himself with quiet confidence, introducing himself by name without elaboration. His specific quarry in any given port is rarely disclosed in full.
Appearance
Davriel wears a high-collared black suit with regal purple accents, a full pinstriped waistcoat, matching pinstriped trousers and shoes. He sports a pencil mustache and carries himself like a man accustomed to moving through rooms where other people are the supplicants.
Personality
Measured, self-possessed, and brief. He states his business, arranges what he needs, and does not linger. He is polite without being warm. Whether he is dangerous is an open question — but he clearly has the resources to travel independently and the connections to get passage on ships that do not advertise their routes.
Background
The party encountered Davriel in Barrish Stormwrap’s captain’s quarters during their visit to Elsher’s Height. He had arranged passage aboard the ship and requested to disembark at the next port in order to acquire a specific ancient rare object, after which he intended to continue on to Silvanesti.
