Don John
A merchant in Palanthas’s Magic District — short, stout, sinister-looking, dressed in black robes. Works magical crafting jobs using rare materials.
The party brought him a Blue Dragon Rib, which he confirmed was genuine and took payment to work on for Titus. He also looked at a Blue Dragon Heart Jack brought him, said it wouldn’t help improve his bow, but offered to craft a rare dragon-bone bow instead for a steep price and about twenty days of work.
