Harz-Takta the Senseless was a renegade wizard, long dead, remembered as either a madman or one of history’s great magical theorists depending who you ask. Brittany Marginsong named him directly when she identified the party’s recovered artifact as the Quill of Harz Takta — the very thing the demon at Itzan Klertal had been searching for.
